On 13th August 2019, Nam Dinh University of Nursing had a meeting with Mother Brain Vietnam Joint Stock Company. Attending the meeting, on the side of Nam Dinh University of Nursing, there were Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Tung - NDUN Rector; Tran Viet Tien, MSc - Head of Training Department; Nguyen Hung Minh, MSc - Head of Student Affairs Department,Dinh Thang Loi, Specialized Pharmacist, Grade I - Director of Center for Science, Technology and Service Cooperation; representatives of International Cooperation Department. On the side of Mother Brain Vietnam Joint Stock Company, there were Mr. Le Hong Phong - General Director; Mr. Suzuki Kenichi - Mayor of Ise City, Mie Prefecture, Japan, Mr. Urai Izuru - Director of Strategic Information Department, Mr. Ota Toru - Head of Tourism Planning Team, Tourism Promotion Department - Production and traveling, Mr. Kenji Nishiguchi - Chairman of Hoeikai nursing home, Mr. Todo Takaaki - Hoeikai nursing home, Ms. Ikeda Takae - Chairman of Mother Brain, Japan, Mr. Ikeda Hirofumi - Director of Mother Brain (Japan).
At the meeting, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Thanh Tung - Rector introduced the overview of Nam Dinh Nursing University. Mr. Suzuki Kenichi - Mayor of Ise City, Mie Prefecture, Japan gave an overview of Ise City, Mie Prefecture, Japan. Mr. Suzuki Kenichi and members of the delegation would like to visit the real training environment, training programs, facilities, equipment and facilities for NDUN students; exchange experiences to better understand the reality of nursing training in Vietnam; explore plans to expand international cooperation programs with Japan, especially between Ise City and NDUN regarding science and technology transfer and human resource acquisition; create a partnership between the company and NDUN as well as between NDUN and businesses in the city of Ise; create employment opportunities for students who are studying at the university and wishes to come to Japan to work in nursing after graduation.
The meting ended in warm atmosphere. The two sides expressed their willingness and commitment to make every effort to achieve success in the upcoming cooperative activities.
