Career counseling for students

On 14th March, 2023, at the Great Hall, Japan Zenmourouren Association (Welfare for the Elderly Blind) had a meeting about career counseling for NDUN students with the desire to continue to create favorable conditions for them to access information about the labor market in the elderly health care industry, to orientate and equip students with knowledge and skills about the profession.

Attending the career counseling, on the side of Nam Dinh University of Nursing, there was Dr. Truong Tuan Anh - Rector; representatives of International Relations Department, Training Management Department, Job Advisory Board, students who have been taking Japanese classes NDUN and other students who are interested in this field. On the side of Japan Zenmourouren Association, there was Mr. Furukawa - Director of Koumyouen nursing home and members of the delegation.
Dr. Truong Tuan Anh thanked Japan Zenmourouren Association for sharing information, orienting and counseling jobs in Japan for students and hoped to continue receiving cooperation and support from the Association.

At the meeting, students were introduced to nursing homes; forms of receiving human resources and salary and bonus regime when working in Japan; free Japanese training programs for students.
The career counseling brought a fresh and optimistic perspective to the nursing profession that NDUN students are studying. It is believed that with the knowledge and skills equipped by NDUN and NDUN students' own efforts, they will always be enthusiastic, confident and proactive for new job opportunities suitable for their training majors after graduation.
On 8th April, 2019 at Nam Dinh University of Nursing, there was the signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding between Nam Dinh University of Nursing and Japan Zenmourouren Association .
The Memorandum of understanding includes the following contents:
1. Proposals for cooperation programs under this Memorandum of Understanding will be sent to both parties.
2. Lecturers and students who wish to improve their Japanese language ability will be able to participate in free short-term Japanese courses at Nam Dinh University of Nursing supported by Japan Zenmourouren Association.
3. Excellent lecturers and students will be able to participate in Japanese language courses and field visits to elderly care models in Japan. Funding for lecturers and students participating in this program is paid for by Japan Zenmourouren Association.
