       On 13th September 2023, a delegation of lecturers and students from Aomori University of Health and Welfare, Japan visited NDUN to exchange and share experiences about nutrition. At the meeting, on the side of NDUN there was Dr. Ngo Huy Hoang - NDUN Vice Rector; Dr. Do Minh Sinh - Head of NDUN Department of Science and Technology Management & Foreign Affairs and its staffs; Representatives of NDUN Youth Union, lecturers and students of NDUN Faculty of Public Health, major: nutrition.

 

Dr. Ngo Huy Hoang - NDUN Vice Rector delivered his speech at the meeting

       At the meeting, Dr. Ngo Huy Hoang introduced to the delegation about NDUN construction and development process. Dr. Ngo Huy Hoang emphasized the role of cooperative relationships with Japanese partners in the construction and development of NDUN in recent years.

       Dr. Ngo Huy Hoang stated that the relationship between Vietnam and Japan has been developing very well in many areas of social life, including education. In this trend, Nam Dinh University of Nursing has established cooperative relationships with Japanese universities and colleges with great benefits to society and beneficiaries from cooperation programs.

       After the official ceremony, a cultural exchange session took place between students of the two schools to create opportunities for NDUNstudents to improve their ability to practice foreign language. This also promoted students from both countries to exchange and introduce their countries, culture, food, and people. At this time experiences in extracurricular activities to support learners would be exchanged and shared.

       On 14th September 2023, students from the two universities had a scientific activity on Nutrition with the following content: nutritional situation in Vietnam and Japan; Career orientation for students majoring in nutrition. Through the scientific seminar, students of the two universities had the opportunity to learn and exchange many experiences in professional work.

       The visit of Aomori University of Health and Welfare, Japan toNDUN was a great success. This was an opportunity for lecturers and students of the two universities to exchange, learn, and share experiences in learning and research. It is hoped that through this program, the connection between the two universities will become stronger.
