Preliminary survey  to support the external assessment of NDUN nursing training program for master course

       Pursuant to the Decision No.191/QD-KDCLGD dated on 27th July 2023 of CEA-AVU&C Director (the Centre for Education Accreditation under portforlio of Association of Vietnam Universities and Colleges) on setting up a delegation to assess NDUN nursing training program for master course, on 5th August 2023 the delegation conducted a preliminary survey at Nam Dinh University of Nursing.

       On the side of CEA-AVU&C, there was Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Phuong Nga - Director and Supervisor of the delegation; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan - Chief of CEA-AVU&C Central, Supervisor of the delegation. On the side of the delegation, there was Assoc.Prof.Dr. Pham Van Quyet - Head of the Delegation; Dr. Pham Ngan Giang - Accreditor of Center for Education Quality Accreditation, Secretary of the delegation.

Dr. Truong Tuan Anh - NDUN Rector delivered his speech at the meeting

       On the side of NDUN, there was Dr. Truong Tuan Anh - Rector, Chairman of the Self assessment Council; Dr. Ngo Huy Hoang - Vice Rector, Vice Chairman of the Self assessment Council; Tran Viet Tien, MSc - Director of the Center for Testing and Education Quality Assurance, Secretary; the Self-Assessment Council of Nursing Training Program for Master course, specialized groups, the Secretariat of the Self-Assessment Council and representatives of NDUN departments and unions.

       In April 2019 NDUN undergraduate nursing training program was granted the Certificate of Quality Accreditation for training program by CEA-AVU&C. With the achieved result and the support of CEA-AVU&C Board of Directors and experts, in the past time, the documents and self assessment report of NDUN Nursing Training Program for Master course have been completed by NDUN. 

       During the preliminary survey, the external assessment delegation worked with NDUN Self-Assessment Council, Heads of NDUN departments, Secretariat and specialized groups with the following main contents:

       - The external assessment delegation reported on the results of studying the self-assessment records, announced the official survey plan and the requirements that need preparing for the official survey;

       - Discuss and come to an agreement on the issues need preparing by NDUN: documents and evidences that need supplementing; interviewees; objects that need observing and examining;

       - Discuss and come to an agreement on the official survey schedule;

       - Visit and check offices prepared by NDUN for the official survey (office for the delegation, the interview room, ...);

       - Preliminary check of evidences

       At the end of the preliminary survey, CEA-AVU&C leader, head of the delegation and NDUN Rector signed the Minute of completing the preliminary survey. The time for the official survey of the delegation at NDUN is about 10-13th August 2023.
