       On 17th September 2019, Nam Dinh University of Nursing a meeting to welcome three students from U Dom Xay province - Lao to study at NDUN was held. Attending the meeting there were Ms. Voneta Manixay - Deputy Head of Statistics - Planning Department, Department of Education and Sports, U Dom Xay province, and members in the delegation. On the side of Nam Dinh Department of Education and Training, there were Mr. Cao Xuan Hung - Director and experts of functional departments. On the side of Nam Dinh University of Nursing, there were Dr. Truong Tuan Anh - NDUN Vice Rector; heads of functional departments and centers.

 

       The friendship between Nam Dinh province, Vietnam and U Dom Xay province, Lao has been established and linked on the basis of Vietnam - Lao friendship over the past 50 years. Implementing the contents of the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Nam Dinh and U Dom Xay provinces, in recent years, Nam Dinh Nursing University has received and trained Lao students continuously.

       Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Truong Tuan Anh - Vice Rector warmly welcomes three students from U Dom Xay province to officially become NDUN students. Dr Truong Tuan Anh hopes that Lao students will try their best to study and have interesting experiences at Nam Dinh University of Nursing in the future. NDUN will create the best conditions about facilities as well as enthusiastically support them in the learning process so that they can successfully complete the school program.

       At the meeting, Ms. Voneta Manixay - Deputy Head of Statistics - Planning Department, Department of Education and Sports of U Dom Xay Province sent her deep thankfullness to the leaders of Nam Dinh Province, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Education and Training in general and Nam Dinh University of Nursing in particular in creating conditions for Lao students to have the opportunity to study in the best environment. Ms. Voneta Manixay also reminds Lao students studying at NDUN to promote their self-discipline, strict discipline, and actively acquire knowledge and skills to serve their homeland and the country.

 

      Nam Dinh University of Nursing is considered to follow the content in the Memorandum of Cooperation between Nam Dinh province and U Dom Xay province. It is hpoed that with the close cooperation of the leaders of the two provinces and the support of Nam Dinh Nursing University, the students of U Dom Xay province will complete the study program sucessfully and develop their  homeland with knowledge they gain from univeristy.
