A dialogue conference between NDUN learners and leaders for academic year 2022 – 2023

       Attending the conference there was Dr. Truong Tuan Anh – NDUN Rector; members of the management board;  the heads and deputy heads of NDUN departments; Youth Union and Student Association; academic advisors and student representatives. 

        At the conference, Dr. Truong Tuan Anh clearly stated that the dialogue between NDUN learners and l leaders was one of the annual activities to create a forum for direct exchange among students and management board and heads of NDUN departments publicly and responsibly. The dialouge helped NDUN  leaders grasp students’ thoughts, aspirations and concerns and then guidelines, plans as well as the best adjustment, solutions are offered.  It also helped students understand better the rules and requirements of studying and training.

       Before answering students’ questions, the summary report on questions, problems of learners and conclusions in the last minute was presented. The reports showed that the problems existed in the previous academic year were fixed. Some opinions of learners and students before the conference were also promptly resolved and questions were answered thoroughly mainly about the time for credits, account access to view grades, online learning, intensive study schedule, course duration, payment confirmation method, PhD student conference...

       The direct dialogue was mainly focused on summer studying registration, re-examination, graduation review, scientific research, studying in the summer, diploma awarding, student handbooks, subject registration, training points, output standards for Foreign Languages, Informatics, tuition fees, scholarships, voluntary activities, jobs after graduation, etc. All created an open and constructive dialogue. Learners students also actively gave their opinions, recommendations and suggestions to improve NDUN image.

       After listening to students' questions and answers from NDUN, Dr. Truong Tuan Anh thanked the students for their comments and he emphasized that these comments would be listened for proper changes.

       At the conference, enrollment plans in 2022 are introduced.

       The conference took place in the spirit of openness, frankness with highly appriciated comments for the better plans and measures with assigned tasks.
