NDUN students with the 5th Startup

       Implementing Project 1665/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on "Supporting students to startup by 2025" and Decision No. 3852/QD-BGDĐT on promulgating the rules of the 5th contest "Students with startup".

       On 6th February 2023, the 5th contest "Students with startup 2023" was held by NDUN. At the beginning of the contest, Dr. Vu Van Thanh - NDUN Vice Rector stated the purpose of the contest was to create conditions for NDUN students to promote their spirit of startup, develop the innovative startup. It also brought students with a useful playground and the sense of startup after graduation. The ideas for startup are valuable whether they are small or big. They show NDUN students' dynamism, creativity, and aspiration. Young people need the spirit of startup. A successful businessman also needs the spirit of startup for new companies and new assets for the society.

       With 05 groups of ideas proposed by the organizer (industry, product manufacturing; agriculture, forestry and fishery; education, tourism, services, finance; medicine, health care, beauty technology; business in creating social impact) and the prizes (01 first prize; 01 second prize; 01 third prize; 02 consolation prizes), there are  16 students participating in the contest.

       The contest took place with the great enthusiasm of students showing their creative spirit and independent will. Dr. Vu Van Thanh - NDUN Vice Rector, Head of the Jury commented that 16 ideas in the contest were all high-tech and modern, which proved that NDUN students showed their creative thinking, ability to catch up with the current trend of 4.0 technology era.

        After the contest, the best ideas were selected for awarding based on criteria including: Necessity, Practical application level according to scales; Feasibility and Potential of the idea/project; Novelty, Originality, Creativity; The right and impressive form of presentation; Profile of the founding team or proofs that show the team's strength, will, aspirations, and dreams.

        The contest was a great success and leaf an unforgettable mark and valuable lessons for each participant. This is a useful playground showing NDUN intention for students. It also brought students with creative inspiration and motivated them to lay the first brick on the road to success.
