Implementing the training plan for PhD students in the academic year 2022 - 2023, on 19th October 2022 the 1st Scientific Conference for PhD students in 2022 was held at NDUN. There were 13 research topics reported at the conference.

Attending the conference there was Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Thanh Tung – Chairman of NDUN Council; Dr. Truong Tuan Anh – NDUN Rector; members of the management board; Heads and Deputy Heads of related Faculties, Divisions and Centers; lecturers in charge of Postgraduate class; PhD students in 2019, 2020, 2021; master students; full time students.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Dr. Truong Tuan Anh – NDUN Rector emphasized that the conference was organized with the aim of creating opportunities for PhD students to exchange academic knowledge, practice how to write reports, present reports to the council; share experience in scientific research during the time they carry out their thesis topics; publish articles in prestigious scientific journals inside and outside the country; publish research results and progress of research projects; report difficulties, challenges and proposed changes.

      The reports presented at the conference must meet the following requirements:
About content:
            Clear introduction including the reason, the urgency of the content;
            The objective is consistent with the content of the report;
            The overview covers the report content and it is presented scientifically, logically and reasonably;
            Appropriate research methods, clear presentation, detailed description of research methods (sample size, sample selection, subjects ..);
            The research results are presented clearly and accurately to meet the objectives;
            Logical discussion; be consistent with the content and objectives of the report; comparable to related studies;
            Conclusions are consistent with the results and they should match the objectives.
About scientific, creative and practical values:
            The report has practical value and it is consistent with the thesis
            The report has a high scientific content and creativity.
About the form, style and time for presentation:
            The report must be presented in accordance with regulations, the accurate and easy-to understand language. There are no spelling errors. And the documents are cited correctly;
            The PhD student answers the questions clearly and accurately with good presentation style, proficient use of audio-visual media, appropriate clothes.
        There were 02 A prizes, 06 B prizes, 02 C prizes, and 03 D prizes awarded to PhD students.
