       Pursuant to Digicare Project Master Plan No. 3051/KH-ĐDN on 28th November signed by NDUN Rector, from 8th - 16th November 2022, the 6th transnationl meeting in NDUN with partners in Digicare project under the Erasmus+ Program sponsored by the European Commission was organized at Conference Room 1 with the aim of reporting the progress of implementing work packages of Digicare project.

Attending the meeting, on the side of NDUN, there was Dr. Truong Tuan Anh – Rector; members of management board; project teams; representatives of lecturers participating in the first pilot Digicare model; International Cooperation Department. On the side of partners in the project, there were representatives from Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK), Finland; Escola Superior de Enfermagem de Coimbra (ESEnfC), Portugal; Khulna City Medical College& Hospital Ltd (KCMCH), Bangladesh; City Medical College & Hospital Ltd (CiMCH), Bangladesh; Universal Medical College & Hospital Ltd (UMCH), Bangladesh; Hanoi Medical University (HMU), Vietnam.

Dr. Truong Tuan Anh - NDUN Rector delivered his opening speech at the meeting

Speaking at the opening of the meeting, Dr. Truong Tuan Anh – NDUN Rector emphasized that Digicare project focuses on improving capacity in the field of higher education under the Erasmus+ program sponsored by the European Commission. The project aims to enhance the digital capabilities of healthcare workers; provide high quality care to patients; improve healthcare training programs through the use of digital tools and practices in healthcare training program; improve patient satisfaction by using assistive technologies in treatment. Digicare project has contributed significantly to the development of the healthcare sector in Vietnam in particular and in Asia in general.

The role and importance of digital care were proved during the time affected by Covid pandemic.
       NDUN Rector believed that it was very meaningful for experts from Europe, Bangladesh and Vietnam to jointly develop Asian digital care model. With the meeting agenda, Dr. Truong Tuan Anh hoped that the participants would be able to gain a lot of information and have a good opportunity to accumulate knowledge for themselves and think about digital care and patient training.

       After the opening ceremony, the project members would focus on reporting, discussing the content of the project; developing and improving pilot rounds of Digicare model, including:
    Report on the progress of the Project;
    Report on the results of analyzing SEPSS36 and TAM questionnaires;
    Report on the results of implementing the 2nd pilot Digicare model (Work Package 4);
    Report on the results of analyzing feedback;
    Report the results of the feedback analysis.
    Group discussion to fulfill the DigiCare Model;
    Group discussion on project communication: A guide to complete research reports;
    Group discussion on project sustainability: A guide to an action plan to maintain project sustainability in the country and in the region;
    Group discussion on project communication: a guide to writing a Digicare handbook;
    Group discussion on
implementing the 2nd pilot Digicare model (Work Package 4);

    Discuss on DigiCare Model (final version);
    Introduce of Digicare Model (Final Edition);
    Develop and improve
pilot rounds of Digicare model.

       After discussions, project members would come to an agreement and commit to implement the project activities quickly and complete them on time. On 16th November 2022, as the host of the 6th transnationl meeting, Nam Dinh University of Nursing will summarize the meeting and award certificates to participants.
