Legal documents are disseminated at NDUN departments

       In order to implement deeply, widely and effectively activities of propagating, disseminating, educating law and improving legal knowledge for NDUN staffs, due to the complicated spread of the Covid-19 epidemic, on February 23, 2021, the document No. 219 / TB-ĐDN was issued by NDUN  notifying that there is no conference on legal documents at the hall and the legal documents are sent to NDUN departments through NDUN internal internet system. The propaganda and dissemination of legal documents are organized at each department to provide more useful information and solve problems for NDUN staffs at work. The time is from February 23, 2021 to March 20, 2021.

       The legal documents in 2021 are as follows: Law on Public Employees 2010; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Oficials and the Law on Public Employees in 2019; Law on Higher Education 2012; Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Higher Education in 2018; Decree 99/2019 / ND-CP dated December 30, 2019 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Higher Education; Decree No. 90/2020 / ND-CP dated August 13, 2020 of the Government on assessing and classifying of the quality of public employees; Decree 115 / ND-CP dated September 25, 2020 requring the recruitment, management and use of public employees; Decree 120/2020 / ND-CP dated October 7, 2020 on reestablishing, reorganizing and dissoluting public non-business units; Circular 03/2019 / TT-BNV dated May 14, 2019 of the Ministry of Home Affairs amending and supplementing a number of regulations on recruiting public employees, promoting professional titles for public employees; Circular 40/2020 / TT-BGDDT dated October 26, 2020 of the Ministry of Education and Training regulating codes, standards, professional titles, appointment and salary rating for teaching staffs in public institutions for higher education; Circular 20/2020 / TT-BGDĐT dated July 27, 2020 providing for the working regime of lecturers at higher education institutions

       Through this propaganda activity, NDUN staffs have the opportunity to study and foster their legal knowledge and raise their awareness and sense of responsibility in follow the law.
