The ceremony of awarding the titles of Peoples Doctor, Meritorious Doctor and noble rewards from the Party and State

       In the joyful and exciting atmosphere of the new year and the success of the 13th National Party Congress. On March 17, 2021 there was a celebration of NDUN traditional day (March 16), the tree planting festival and the award of noble titles of the Party, State and Government NDUN staffs.

      Attending the ceremony, on the guests side, there was Mr. Tran Le Doai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Nam Dinh Vice Chairman of the People's Committee; Mr. Nguyen Hong Khanh - Deputy Secretary of Nam Dinh Youth Union; Reporters from newspapers and radio and television stations of Nam Dinh province.

       On the side of Nam Dinh University of Nursing, there was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Tung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of NDUN Council; Dr. Ngo Huy Hoang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, NDUN Vice Rector; Dr. Truong Tuan Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, NDUN Vice Rector, Incharge of NDUN; Dr. Vu Van Thanh - Member of Standing Committee of Party Committee, NDUN Vice Rector; members in the Executive Committee of NDUN Party Committee, NDUN Council, the Executive Committee of NDUN Trade Union, NDUN Youth Union, NDUN leaders of functional departments, the political and social organizations.

       NDUN was established in 1960 with its name as Nam Dinh Medical School. It then became Nam Dinh University of Nursing on March 16, 2004 under the Decision No. 24/2004 / QD-TTg signed by the Prime Minister. On March 11, 2013, the decision No 780 / QD-BY was signed by the Minister of Health stated that  NDUN Traditional Day would be 16th Mar to recognize and remind NDUN staffs and students to respect, preserve and promote NDUN precious traditions and make them love and feel proud of NDUN that has been built and cultivated by many generations of NDUN staffs and students.

       Over 60 years of construction and growth, up to now, NDUN has affirmed its position in the training of quality health human resources, especially in education of nurses and midwives. Its education of Doctor of Nursing, Master of Nursing, Nursing Specialiaty Degree 1 was approved by MOH and MOET. In 2020, NDUN was honored to be awarded the Independence Medal by Vietnam President. Assoc. Prof. Dr.  Le Thanh Tung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of NDUN Council was awarded the Second Class Labor Medal. Especially in the exciting atmosphere of the new year and NDUN traditional day on March 16, titles of People's Doctor, Meritorious Doctor, Certificate of Merit and Medal "For the young generation" from the Party, the State and the Central Youth Union were awarded to NDUN staffs.

       Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Le Doai - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Nam Dinh Vice Chairman of People's Committee, on behalf of the provincial leaders, congratulated NDUN's achievements and recognized the valuable contributions of NDUN staffs and students to health sector in general and Nam Dinh province in particular.

       On behalf of the State President, Mr. Tran Le Doai awarded the title of People's Doctor to 03 individuals: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Tung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of NDUN Council; Dr. Ngo Huy Hoang - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, NDUN Vice Rector; Dr. Truong Tuan Anh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, NDUN Vice Rector, In charge of NDUN.

Mr. Tran Le Doai awarded the title of People's Doctor to 03 individuals

       He awarded the title of Meritorious Doctor to 3 individuals: Doctor. Nguyen Bao Ngoc - Former Head of Medical Psychology - Medical Ethics Department; Nguyen Hung Minh, MSc - Head of Student Affairs Department; Nguyen Thi Le Thuy, Nursing Spacialty Degree 1 - Lecturer in Adult Surgical Nursing Department.

Mr. Tran Le Doai awarded the title of Meritorious Doctor to individuals

       Certificates of merit from the Prime Minister were awarded to 3 individuals: Dr. Do Minh Sinh - Head of Scientific Research Management Department; Nguyen Anh Tien, MSc - Head of IT Department; Pham Van Son, MSc - Deputy Head of IT Department.

       At the ceremony, on behalf of the First Secretary of the Central Committee of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Mr. Nguyen Hong Khanh - Deputy Secretary of Nam Dinh Youth Union awarded the medal "For the young generation" to 4 staffs: Hoang Thi Van Lan, MSc - Deputy Director of Center for Pre-Clinical Practice, former deputy secretary of NDUN Youth Union for the 1999-2004 term; Pham Van Tung, MSc - Deputy Head of NDUN Personnel Department, former Secretary of NDUN Youth Union for the term 2014-2017, 2017-2019; Dr. Do Minh Sinh - Head of Scientific Research Management Department, former Standing of NDUN Youth Union for the 2014-2017 term; Pham Van Son, MSc - Deputy head of IT department, former deputy secretary of NDUN Youth Union for the term 2014-2017, 2017-2019;

       In response, Dr. Truong Tuan Anh - NDUN Vice Rector, In charge of NDUN, on behalf of NDUN thanked the attention of Nam Dinh Party Committee, People's Committee, central and local agencies for creating great conditions so that NDUN can have the best achievements. He congratulate NDUN staffs who was awarded noble titles and certificates of merit by the Party and the State. He thanked the contributions in working, learning and training of NDUN staffs and students for NDUN's development.

       At the ceremony, the prizes for the photo contest " The beauty of teachers and students - The beauty of NDUN" were awarded. And there was a launch of the tree planting festival.
