Conference for NDUN staffs 2020 - 2021

       On 14th October 2020, conference for NDUN staffs (academic year 2020 - 2021) was held by NDUN at at the Hall. Attending the conference there was Assoc.Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Tung - Chairman of NDUN Council; Dr. Truong Tuan Anh - NDUN Vice Rector, In charge of NDUN; members NDUN Party Executive Committee, management board, Executive Committees of Trade Union and Youth Union; Heads and deputy heads of departments and staffs.

Assoc.Prof. Dr. Le Thanh Tung - Chairman of NDUN Council delivered his opening speech at the conference

       On behalf of NDUN leaders, Dr. Truong Tuan Anh - NDUN Vice Rector, In charge of NDUN presented the draft on implementing the tasks for the 2019-2020 academic year and the orientation and tasks for the 2020-2021 academic year to.

       In the academic year 2019 - 2020, NDUN team has successfully completed the Resolution of the last conference for NDUN staffs in the 2019-2020 academic year with encouraging results: arrange staffs suitable to their capacity; improve the qualifications of lecturers; implement the adjustment of the training program towards approaching new trends in response to changes in the context of the Covid 19 epidemic spreading over the globe; strengthen quality accreditation towards meeting regional and international quality requirements; ensure the financial work, the policy regime for staffs life. In addition to the achievements, there are still some shortcomings that need to be thoroughly resolved next year, such as a small part of staffs lacks the autonomy in working. Some arised cases are still handled slowly affecting the general work of the university.

       At the conference, on behalf of NDUN leaders, Assoc.Prof.Dr. Le Thanh Tung - Chairman of NDUN Council reviews the responsibilities of the leader in implementing the plan for the 2019-2020 academic year. This is also a new point in mentioning NDUN leacer's responsibility in public.

Dr. Tran Van Long - Chairman of NDUN Trade Union delivered his speech at the Conference

       Next, Dr. Tran Van Long - Chairman of NDUN Trade Union presents the report on implementing the commitment between the Government and the Trade Union in the academic year 2019-2020. The report clearly indicates the interest of NDUN Party Committee, management board and Trade Union in taking care of the material and spiritual life for NDUN staffs. Attention is expressed by practical activities to ensure the interests as well as timely encouragement for typical teams and individuals. In the 2020-2021 academic year, NDUN Trade Union suggests NDUN departments continue to promote emulation movements such as: good teaching - studying; good and creative working; good working and housework; green, clean, beautiful NDUN, improved profession. The inspection board summarizes the activities for the 2019-2020 academic year and makes plan for 2020-2021 academic year. The summary on financial work for the 2019-2020 school year is reported. The disclosure of revenues and expenditures in NDUN will also help NDUN staffs understand and share the difficulties and challenges with NDUN in the self-control roadmap then options to increase income sources, improve the life of NDUN staffs are mentioned.

       NDUN staffs understand more about important issues through the comments of NDUN departments about training issues and the specific answers of the deputy head of training department.

       Before the conference, NDUN staffs are asked to show their ideas for the draft presented at the Conference in order to promote broad democracy to create strength and unity. And at this conference, each staff also uphold the spirit and responsibility for the overall development of NDUN by public and democratic ideas, discussions to NDUN other departments and leaders.

       Within the framework of the program, the signing ceremony of the commitment to perform the tasks for the 2020-2021 academic year took place between the leaders and the Trade Union and the emulation titles, achievements were awarded for teams and individuals for the academic year 2019-2020.  

       With the consensus 100% of NDUN staffs attending the Conference approved NDUN resolution draft for the conference in the academic year 2020-2021. Conference for NDUN staffs was sucessful. It is believed that under the close direction of NDUN Party Committee, NDUN Council, NDUN management board, NDUN Unions, and the consensus of NDUN staffs, the tasks proposed in the conference will successfully be completed by NDUN.
