       Implementing the Law on Fire Control; Decree No. 79/2014 / ND-CP of the Government details the implementation ofarticles of the  some Law on Fire control, on 8th October 2020, a training course on fire control was held at NDUN by NDUN in coordination with the Police Department of Fire Control - Nam Dinh Police to improve basic knowledge in fire fighting and handling of fire and explosion incidents during the NDUN staffs' ans students' processes of working, teaching and studying.

       The content of the training course includes: providing basic knowledge about fire control and fire drill at the student dormitory.

       Attending the training course, on the side of the guests, there were leaders of Vi Xuyen ward police station, local fire control team and lecturers of the training course. On the side of NDUN, there were orgernizers of the training course, NDUN staffs, students of the 16th course and boarding students.

       For the theoretical session at the Hall, the reporter of the fire control - fire control police department - Nam Dinh Police shared the information about the current situation of fire and explosion with complicated developments and an increase in the number and extent damage to people, property. That's why it can be seen that the fire control is also necessary and important in present life. In addition, the grassroots force of fire control is considered a very important team because when a fire occurs, the first people approach to the fire incident are the grassroots force. So, a big fire or a small one depends a lot on these forces. Knowledge, skills and experience in fire  control and rescue will help reduce material and human losses when the incident occurs.

       The theoretical section was presented in two parts: Part one is the role of fire control in the new phase, some legal documents and the nature and principles of fire control and rescue, the original fire cause, fire safety inspection at the facility, fire control, steps to handle when a fire occurs, escaping skills in a fire. In part two, NDUN staffs directly practiced basic fire control techniques and raised questions about the safety of fire control such as tools, equipment, escaping techniques using rope, and how to escape safe.

       Through the training course on fire control, NDUN grassroots fire control force has been enhanced in knowledge, skills and a sense of responsibility for fire control. Then they can be active in fire control when incidents occur at NDUN as well as in their houses.
