Teaching contest at NDUN faculties and centers
Ngày đăng: 26/09/2020 04:46Pursuant to the plan 1695 / KH-ĐDN dated 21st July 2020 on organizing teaching contest on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of NDUN establishment, from 15th – 25th September 2020, teaching contests were actively organized at NDUN faculties and centers to select excellent lecturers to participate in the teaching contest at NDUN level taken place from 5th October 2020 to 16th November 2020.
The teaching contest "Innovation in teaching to celebrates the 60th anniversary of NDUN establishment" aims to encourage, motivate and create opportunities for lecturers to improve their self-research, creativity and information technology application; apply active teaching methods in teaching based on the learner-centered principle; create conditions for lecturers to express themselves, exchange teaching experiences. These help discover and replicate qualified lecturers for the development of NDUN education; honor lecturers with their good performance in the teaching contest.
After two weeks, the teaching contests at the Faculties / Centers were successfully carried out, including:
About the lectures: The lectures meet the requirements according to the evaluation criteria. Lecturers participating in the teaching contest conducted 01 full theoretical period or 01 practical lecture at NDUN with the participation of NDUN students and the judges.
About the lesson planning: The lectures are quite thoughtfully prepared by lecturers; 100% of lesson plans show all the steps according to the lesson plan set by the organization board. The content of the lesson plan are detail ensuring the scientific nature and the objectives of the lesson; the learning materials of the learners are carefully prepared.
About teaching methods: The lecturers apply traditional teaching methods and thoroughly exploit active ones such as presentations, conversation, visualization, group activities to improve the high thinking ability and positivity of learners.
About the application of information technology and model design in teaching: All theoretical lectures are designed with IT support; teaching equipment, teaching materials, video clips, selected illustration images. Learners are interested in practical lectures and integrated products.
About expertise in the lectures: The lecturers are qualified with good professional knowledge and skills, the content of the lectures and the practical products meet the requirements according to the training program. Lecturers combine knowledge, skills and education of quality and professional manners for learners.
About the comments of the judges and participants: The comments are exciting and attractive. They are seminars on profession. Lecturers have conditions to exchange and draw experiences on lesson objectives, lesson planning skills, suitable teaching methods, steps to perform a lecture, posture, behavior for improving teaching quality.
The excellent lecturers of the contests at Faculty / Center will attend the contest at NDUN level taken place from 5th October 2020 to 16th November, 2020.
The teaching contests at NDUN Faculties / Centers created an exciting atmosphere among the faculties, center and lecturers in contribution to the 60th anniversary of NDUN establishment.
