The Ministry of Health organized a training course on health management

       Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Minister of health Nguyen Thi Kim Tien asserted: the students were selected to participate in the course is the important source of neighboring officers in the unit body. Classes are held from theory to practice, the students will experience through management practices in the local unit, from which the Exchange shared experience in the management, leadership skills strategic thinking, vision, a way to be better. Comrade Minister desire that through the course the students will understand the basic concepts of management leadership; the general policy of the medical industry as well as of his field, at the same time understand the systems thinking, the current stage of development of the medical profession from which to apply to the management at his base on a better meet your satisfaction of the people with health care. At the same time through the course the students contribute to the content of the curriculum, how to improve classes organized for the next course.

        In 2016, the Ministry of health has started to develop and promulgate standards of basic management leadership of the Director of the Department of health, the Hospital Director, Director, Director of the Center for disease control in the province. The year 2017, based on standards issued, College of public health in collaboration with experts in the country and especially the professionals of public health University of Rennes-French-built CH 3 programmes fostering management Cao for healthcare leaders manage the medical industry. Through the course, the students will be fitted and updated knowledge about medical management, leadership skills, management aims to enhance the capacity for leading cadres, medical industry management improve efficiency for industry , make good advocates renewal of the health system in the spirit of the XII Congress of the party and resolution No. 20 and 21 of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, which has about institutional innovation, the , organization, method of management.  

Overview of the course
