The Congress of Party cells under NDUN Party Committee (Term 2020 - 2022)

         Implement Directive 35-CT / TW dated 30th May 2019 of the Politburo on the Party Congress at all levels for the 13th National Party Congress, based on the plans and instructions of the provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee of agencies in Nam Dinh province and the guiding documents of NDUN Party Committee, preparation of documents, personnel projects and kinds of documents in the Profile of the Party cell Congress for the term of 2020-2022 was implemented and performed well by NDUN Party cells. This was the basis for organizing the Party Congress in accordance with the quality and schedule in the proposed plan. .

       From 18th - 29th February 2020, NDUN Party cells under NDUN Party Committee successfully organized the Party Cell Congress for the term 2020 - 2022. This is an extensive political activity in the whole NDUN Party Committee with the aims to improve the capacity, leadership and fighting ability of the Party Cell and Party members; meet the requirements of tasks in the new phase; create a premise to successfully organize the Party Congress at all levels in general and NDUN Party Committee tenure 2020 - 2025 in particular. This is also an opportunity to propagate for NDUN staffs, party members and populace to raise awareness about the Party's leadership role; promote emulation movement, improve the quality activities of profession, training, scientific research in NDUN, create motivation for NDUN staffs, party members and populace to promote the spirit of ownership and dedication ...

       At the Congress, the Party Cells adopted a political report to evaluate the results of implementing the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the term 2017-2020; review the leadership of the Party cell committee for the term 2017-2020; identify directions, objectives, tasks and solutions for the term 2020-2022 term; summary report on ideas involing in the political report draft of NDUN Party Congress for the term 2020-2025. The reports at the Congress focused on analyzing the situation and possible solutions to improve quality, effective professional work at the departments and they were appreciated highly by NDUN leaders.

 At the Party Cell Congress of 16 Party Cells, 16 Party committees and 16 Party Cell Secretary and Deputy Party Cell Secretary were elected for the term 2020-2022 with very high votes.

       Attending and speaking at the Congress of Party Cells, NDUN Party Committee Standing Committee highly appreciated the preparation and organization of the Congress of Party Cells that followed the Party's regulations and charter. Members in the Standing Committee of the Party Committee recognized the continuous efforts and efforts of all members and party members during the term  on all aspects of the work; successful implementation of the Party cell's resolution set for the term 2017 - 2020. At the same time, it was suggested that in the next term, the Party Cells should continue to do better the work of building the Party; inspect, supervise and develop the clean and strong Party Cells to raise the fighting strength of the Party Cells, and successfully carry out political duties; direct the close implementation of the professional tasks in each cell to contribute positively to the goal of developing NDUN to become the leading university in Nursing training; promote the dynamism and creativity in students to meet the requirements of high quality human resources of the society. The members of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee asked all staffs and members of the Party cells to uphold the pioneering and exemplary character of the party members; be proactive and creative in performing tasks; build a healthy cultural environment in NDUN; be active in learning, doing scientific research; implement projects to improve work productivity and efficiency; administrative reform; improve the quality of life for staffs; intellectual dedication to build the sustainable NDUN.

       The Congress of Party Cells under NDUN Party Committee was successful progressing towards the 13th NDUN Party Committee for the term 2020 - 2025 promising to open a new development path.
