Conference for NDUN staffs in 2017

       Implement the Decree No. 04/2015/NĐ-CP on 09/01/2015 of the Government on the implementation of democracy in the activities of State administrative bodies and public business units; Make circular No. 01/2016/TT-BNV Interior Ministry's 13/01/2016 day Guide to some of the content of the Decree 04/2015/ND-CP; Implementation of resolutions and commitments made content in 2017 mission between the Government and Union College; In the air all over the country to emulate the simmering, celebrate 88 years of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and to welcome the new spring-Tet Productivity-2018, sá ng on 02/02/2018, in the great Hall, Tr University nursing Nam Dinh ờng held the Conference officers, officers in 2017. Conference attendees include 312 officers, servants, officers and employees in the whole school.

The Presidium of CBVC Conference 2017

The General Assembly has elected the Presidium of the Conference include: Dr. Le Thanh Tung-Party Secretary, principal of the school; Dr. Tran Van Long-school Union Chairman; and Union Conference Secretary: Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa-Union, Ms. Le Thi Minh Thu-Deputy Head of Admin office.

       The Conference heard the Dr. Truong Tuan Anh-Deputy Rector presented draft "report the results of the Mission in 2017, 2018 year direction task orientation". The report went in-depth analysis and evaluation of the results achieved in the areas of work as: propaganda, ideological political education; Organization of officers; training, scientific research; the work of testing and quality assurance in education; the management of the students; the work of international cooperation; the work of service, etc. Besides the results, achievements, the report pointed out the existence, limiting the need to overcome. From there, set out the direction, the Mission of the school in the year 2018. 

       Dr. Tran Van Long-school Union Chairman had presented "a report reviewing implementation of Conference resolutions CBVC 2016, content agreement between the Government and unions in 2017". Besides the results, the advantages are achieved, the report had frankly pointed out the existence, limiting the need to fix in the deployment of the mission work of the year 2017.

 Following the report by the Government and unions, Dr. Le Thanh Tung had presented the report review of the principal responsibility in implementing the work plan 2017.   

On behalf of the Board of the people's inspection, Mr. Nguyen Van Huyen-Chief Inspector of the people presented "inspection report people in the year 2017", the content of the report showed the school's activities are performed to ensure the principles : promote mastery of companies and employees; enhancing the accountability of the head of the Agency; build a team of officers, public servants, officers and employees have sufficient political, moral quality, lifestyle, power and professional qualifications, work productivity, quality, efficiency to meet the requirements of development and renovation of the school; prevent, deter and prevent acts of corruption and waste. Also at the Conference, Ban inspected 2016 2017 – term people have resigned the title of the Conference election of the Board of the people's new term tatishev 2018-2019.

Under the authority of the Presidium, the entire Conference had introduced democratic personnel and conduct the election of the Board of the people's Ombudsman the term 2018-2019. The election results may be elected member of the Board of inspectors of the new term of people include: Mr. Nguyen Van Huyen, Ms. Mai Thu Hang, Ms. Do Thi Hanh, Mr. Phan Van Hop, Ms. Pham Thi Hang.

       At the Conference, Mr. Tran Ngoc Cuong - Deputy Chief of Finiance Office presented "public report fiscal year 2017". Through the content presented showed the Managing Board and the functional unit has managed, using the funding provisions of the law, ensure the transparency, efficiency and the priorities for the strategic tasks of the school.

All officers, officers and employees attending the meeting has promoted democracy, enhance morale, accountability, focus the intellectual contributions to the report's content, especially content direction, mission work in the school's 2018 , expressed solidarity and determination in implementing the resolutions of the Conference, through the content of the agreement between the Government and unions. 

         The end of the Conference, Dr. Le Thanh Tung-Party Secretary, principal the school has launched the emulation to all civil servants, officers and employees in any location of the work, creative workers to actively contribute to completing the Mission in 2018 , created the momentum for a new development cycle, sustainability, quality and integration of the University nursing Nam Dinh.
