       The publicity will help enhance the accountability of the public hospitals through enhancing the transparency of the quality of hospital treatment, strengthen the supervision of the people and the State Agency for the public health service. , especially since the Government is pushing socialized public services, increased autonomy for hospitals, medical services price increases follow the route towards "true enough," according to the market price in the year 2020.

       Examination administration, the Ministry of health is the lead host of cooperation with the experts of the organization Vietnam initiative, Indiana University (USA) build and pilot survey patient satisfaction Vietnam index (Patient Satisfaction Index-PSI) through the interview boarding patients were discharged from hospital by phone. Results patient satisfaction index (PSI) is conducting pilot through independent survey with the participation of nearly 3,000 boarding patients after discharge based on a list of nearly 140 thousand in-patients in 29 provincial hospital , District 21 provinces across the country participated in the pilot survey program.

       The results showed that only the number of satisfied patients at an average 3.98/5 points, corresponding to the level of satisfaction of sick people boarding with service quality examination and treatment reached 79.6% compared to the expectations of the patient. Among the 29 hospitals surveyed, there were 5 hospitals in the Group rated very good; 16 hospitals rated good; 8 hospitals rated fairly and 2 hospitals in the Group rated average. In particular, hospital groups are the highest and lowest ranking according to the patient's response is the provincial hospital.
