Nam Dinh University of Nursing organized a training course on self-evaluation of the training program in accordance with MOET Circular 04-2016

       From 25th - 27th July 2018 Nam Dinh University of Nursing organized a self-evaluation training course on training curriculum in accordance with Circular 04/2016 issued by Ministry of Education and Training on 14th Mar 2016. Attending the training, on the side of the Accreditation Center for Educational Quality there were Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Phuong Nga - Director and Assoc. Prof. Ngo Doan Do - Expert. On the side of Nam Dinh University of Nursing there were Dr. Vu Van Thanh - Vice Rector; Self-evaluation committee, secretariat and working groups; heads of departments; Office of Party Committee, Youth Union Executive Committee, Executive Committee of Student Association; and lecturer representatives.

       At the training, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Phuong Nga presented the training quality accreditation under the Standards of assessing the training curriculum quality (Circular 04/2016 / TT-BGDDT dated 14th March 2016); structure of the self-assessment report and principles of writing the self-assessment reports; preliminary comments on the Draft Report on assessing NDUN training curriculum. Besides, Assoc. Prof. Ngo Doan Dang had specific comments on a criteria report. Then NDUN specialized working groups practiceed writing the criteria reports with the assistance of Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Phuong Nga and Assoc. Prof. Ngo Doan Dang.

Specialized working groups

       Self-assessment is an important part of accrediting higher education curriculums. This is the progress in which the training institution bases on quality assurance standards to conduct review, analysis and assessment of the quality status and effectiveness of training activities, scientific research, management ... Then measures will be created to adjust the resources and the implementation process for achieving the proposed objectives. Currently, Nam Dinh University of Nursing is conducting self-assessment of the university training curriculum for bachelor nurses.

       The MOET reference materials related to the self-assessment of university and college training curricula include: MOET Circular No. 38/2013 / TT-BGDDT on issuing the regulations on procedures and cycles of training curriculum accreditation for universities, colleges and professional secondary schools; Circular 04/2016 / TT-BGDDT dated 14th Mar 2016 on standards for assessing the training curriculum quality of higher education levels; Document No. 1074 / KTKDCLGD-KDNH - Department of Testing and Educational Quality Assurance dated 28th June 2016 about General Guidance on using the criteria for assessing the quality of higher education training curriculum at all levels; Document No. 1075 / KTKDCLGD-KDNHH - Department of Testing and Educational Quality Assurance dated 28th June 2016 on guiding Self-Assessment Training Curriculum.
